WHAT INFORMATION PAGOO GATHERS AND HOW IT IS USED
Pagoo’s registration form(s) requires visitors who wish to become customers or free trial users of the service to provide personal contact information in order to activate and use Pagoo service(s). This information includes first name, last name, email address, phone number, phone company, and billing information (if applicable) including credit card number, expiration date, credit card authorization code, and zip code for verification purposes. In the event Pagoo has the ability to order phone line features on behalf of customer, and customer agrees to have Pagoo order on their behalf any feature described in the registration process (such as Busy Call Forwarding) customer will be asked to also provide the name of the person on the phone bill.
In addition, PAGOO will collect at the customer's sole discretion, the customer's time zone in order to provide accurate time-of-call information within voice messages to customer.
Pagoo may have the ability to track a user's IP address while they are accessing the Pagoo server in order to utilize the service. PAGOO will only access this information when necessary to help diagnose and troubleshoot customer service issues. PAGOO may use information about the customer's operating system to help us properly configure the Pagoo service.
PAGOO may contact you by email, only under the following circumstances: customer support updates on account issues, service and troubleshooting issues, billing problems, technical help, order confirmations, customer surveys relating solely to the PAGOO service, subscription renewal reminders, and new PAGOO service enhancements as they become available. If the customer does not wish to be notified of new service enhancements for the PAGOO service or customer surveys relating solely to the Pagoo service, they will have the ability to opt-out of this database from their PAGOO Account Info page under the "Profile" section and at the point where the information is collected.
PAGOO will only contact customers by phone at the customer's request, and only to provide helpful information and troubleshooting advice.
COOKIES: PAGOO use cookies to deliver content specific information to our users and for the purpose of directing users to appropriate web pages. Users can easily configure their browser to turn off cookies if desired. Disabling cookies will not affect the customer's service.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER: Pagoo will not voluntarily disclose any information about individual users, except to comply with applicable laws or valid legal process, or to protect the rights or property of Pagoo, Inc.CONTESTS: Pagoo may occasionally run contests on its website in which it asks visitors for contact information (including but not limited to, email address). We contact customers by email to notify winners andd award prizes. Each contest will have individual terms and conditions and will be available for customer review at the time of the event. A customer that has opted out of receiving further email communications from Pagoo will not be notified about contests.

DELETING OR DEACTIVATING YOUR INFORMATION FROM OUR DATABASE
To cancel an account, customer should go to the Pagoo Support Center and type "Cancel" in the search box. Instructions on how to automatically cancel your account will be displayed. Canceling an account will not guarantee that all personal information will be deleted from the Pagoo database. Account cancellation only serves to terminate the service and cease future communications from PAGOO. Customer data may continue to be stored as in our database as required by law.
SECURITY DURING PURCHASE TRANSACTIONS
PAGOO takes great care to safeguard the personal information of our customers. PAGOO utilizes state-of-the-art software and encryption processes during online purchase transactions.
All purchase-related information exchanged during the purchase process is encrypted using a Verisign certificate. Customer credit card information is not stored in the Pagoo database but is sent to Pagoo’s payment processing partner company using Payflow Pro. Payflow Pro enables payment processing through the Payflow Pro client software. This software is a small SSL TCP/IP enabled messaging agent that controls communications between your application and the Payflow Platform. Designed for scalability and reliability, Payflow Pro creates a dedicated SSL TCP/IP level communication thread for each transaction between the client and the server.
Internally, we restrict access to personally identifiable information to employees who need access to the information in order perform specific job functions related to maintaining PAGOO service processes, and are limited in number. PAGOO takes the extra step of requiring employees and contractors to sign nondisclosure agreements with PAGOO, which provides legal confidentiality protections. We review our web security, purchase transaction processes, and our security policy practices with employees on a monthly basis.

If Pagoo makes changes to our Privacy Policy that affects users personally identifiable information we will post a prominent notice of such changes on the Pagoo web site. Users agree that they will be bound by such changes unless they notify Pagoo that they will not accept such change within thirty (30) business days after the date on which the change was first posted on the Pagoo Web Site. In the event that users so notify Pagoo, Pagoo may either continue the customer's service without such change, or terminate the Service and issue a pro-rata refund for the portion of the subscription fee remaining.
