The new Accept Call feature of Pagoo allows you to be notified of incoming calls and actually accept them as them come in! You can choose to either disconnect from the Internet and route the call to your home phone line, or forward the call to another number and stay online!

How to accept a call to your home phone

If you want to accept a call to your home phone number (the number subscribed to Pagoo), following these instructions:

  1. From your Pagoo Call Controller software, click Menu and select Properties:
  2. After step 1, the Properties window will appear: In this window, click the Accept Call tab.
  3. On the Accept Call tab, select Account Number in the drop down menu:
  4. Next, click the Connection tab in the same window.
  5. On the Connection tab, select "I have ONE phone line...":

    Note: Selecting this option will disconnect you from the Internet when you use the Accept Call feature.
  6. Click OK in the same window.

You are now setup to accept calls to your home phone! When a call comes in, simply click the Accept Call button. Pagoo will automatically disconnect you from the Internet and forward that call directly to you - just answer your phone when it rings!

How to forward your incoming calls

If you want to forward your incoming calls to another number other than you home number (the number subscribed to Pagoo), follow these instructions to get set up:

  1. From your Pagoo Call Controller software, click Menu and select Properties:
  2. After step 1, the Properties window will appear: In this window, click the Accept Call tab.
  3. On the Accept Call tab, select Prompt me in the drop down menu:
  4. After you select Prompt me, type the numbers to which you'd like to forward incoming calls in the provided fields. The numbers do not necessarily have to be your "Work" or "Mobile" number, they can be any number:
  5. Next, click the Connection tab in the same window.
  6. On the Connection tab, select "I have multiple phone lines.":
  7. Click OK in the same window.

You've now just configured your Pagoo Call Controller to forward calls to up to 4 numbers of your choice. When you receive an incoming call, simply click the Accept Call button and then select the number at which you'd like to answer the call. In this configuration, you will not be disconnected from the Internet.

If you'd like to forward your call to a number that is not in your "Accept Call" list, simply select Another number... in the menu that appears after your click Accept Call. You will have 20 seconds to type in the 10-digit phone number that you want to answer on.
